Suzanne Koepplinger

Suzanne supports CAL in a variety of ways, including facilitating and engaging systems and communities towards shared goals; fostering healing centered organizational cultures, systems, and leadership; and co-creating strategic healing justice philanthropic investment strategies.

Suzanne recently founded Catalyst North, which cultivates conditions that unleash transformational growth in individuals, organizations, communities, and systems.  Before joining the Lab, Suzanne was Director of Catalyst Initiative, at The Minneapolis Foundation, fostering culturally authentic self-care practices to advance health and well-being. Suzanne also served ten years as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Indian Women’s Resource Center, where she led the first research and community response in the country to address sex trafficking of American Indian women and girls.

Suzanne holds a M.A. in the Art of Leadership from Augsburg University and has extensive international experience as a trainer and public speaker.
